Equity Technology Group Realizes that 9 to 5 does not always suffice for a company with pressing SEC deadlines.  Our normal hours or operation are 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM (EST) Monday thru Friday.  We also offer after hours service for nights, weekends and even holidays.  We have an SEC specialist on call 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have.  Our after hours service can be arranged in advance by calling our offices at 954-360-9800, or if you have a last minute emergency, you can always call Kathi at 954-548-7204 or Peter at 954-224-9051 for assistance.

The SEC will be closed on the days listed below. As our work primarily involves dealing with the SEC, our offices will be officially closed on these dates.  However, we are committed to providing your Company with 24 hours quality service, and arrangements can be made in advance to help your Company meet its deadline.  As always, we will have a EDGAR filing Specialist on call to assist you with any last-minutes SEC issues.
