EquityTG is firmly committed to providing you with a high quality SEC filing at the lowest possible cost. Many companies offer you the choice of HTML EDGARizing and the lower cost ASCII EDGARizing. Here at EquityTG we offer only HTML Documents because we believe that our clients deserve, and should demand, a high quality SEC filing at cost effective prices.

ASCII filings
(click to view an example) are noticeably different, especially when viewing financial tables, where the actual coding is viewable, such as <c> <page>. It is an unattractive way to represent your Company to the public.  The small savings you may realize by using ASCII filings is far outweighed by the unprofessional appearance of the documents your stockholders, and potential stockholders, will be viewing.

The SEC position on ASCII and HTML
The EDGAR system accepts both ASCII and HTML documents as official filings. The Commission is not now requiring the use of HTML. However, the Commission expects to require HTML for most filings in the future, so it encourages filers to use it and gain experience with this format if they do not have it already.
